We're so excited for this dinner! This will be the first Farmer’s Table dinner where we are in a museum! The good folks at Herbert Hoover Presidential Library asked if we would like to do a dinner with them and I couldn’t turn down the chance.

Seating is limited. The menu is still in draft form but will feature 6 courses. As of now, this is what it’s looking like:

Squash Blossom

Charred Broccoli, Romesco, Blistered Tomatoes

Strawberry Sofrito, Fennel, Polenta, Fresh Ricotta, Wheat Cracker

Cucumber Salad, Turnips, Candy Onion, Basil, Black Sesame, Goddess

Rye Cavatelli, Nasturtium Panade, Squash

Berry Pavlova, Black Pepper

Dinner will start at 7p. If you're able to reserve seats you will receive an email Wednesday, July 11 with further details.
